cp2k-data software package provides Ab Initio Molecular Dynamics (data files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cp2k-data
cp2k-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cp2k-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cp2k-data *
You will get with cp2k-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
